1. Development

Mining project development studies; from scoping style reviews to detailed bankable feasibility studies and operational reviews;

• Concise “key issues” starter-type reports of a proposed development; Keystone is able to quickly and concisely identify key technical and commercial issues and possibly flow-on effects or opportunities for financing.
• Manage and contribute to multidisciplinary project development studies from scoping level to fully bankable standards. Assembling the right expert team, well regarded by financiers, specifically suited to your project on a cost effective basis.

2. Assessment

Due diligence on proposed projects or existing operations for acquisition, development or funding, including:

• Technical due diligence – one page fatal flaws analysis to detailed multidisciplinary studies,
• Information Memorandum for divestment or financing;
• Independent Experts Reports and valuations;
• Credit and risk based reviews (also support on financing structues and negotiations); and
• Commercial reviews – “reality checks”, key contracts, bankability and offtake arrangements.

Keystone can produce that memo, Boardroom presentation or detailed report “fit for purpose and audience”

3. Implementation

Keystone can assist you in completing:

• Project financing -
  • Assist in finding appropriate financing solutions; and
  • Be that vital link between the financier and the technical aspects of the Project (borrower) ensuring technical and financial milestones and covenants are met, properly monitored and reported, whilst your project team focusses on the development and start-up.
• Post-acquisition/transaction -
  • Assist with completion of the transaction; and
  • Various aspects of change management.
